AWR - Agency Workers Regulations - October 2011

Basic - this module is included  in the standard version of Aspire & Tempaid and is available as a free of charge upgrade for existing Aspire and Tempaid customers who have valid support contracts.  This allows automatic population of AWR information from timesheets, full AWR activity management and includes a basic qualifying period AWR summary report.

Advanced - this module is chargeable and is available for our Aspire and Tempaid product range.   This allows the automatic population of AWR information from timesheets with enhancements to improve timesheet data entry efficiency.  It also includes  full AWR activity management and advanced summary and detailed qualifying period AWR reports. 

iTempaid AWR - Our iTempaid secure online recruitment software solution allows your clients to view their own up to date AWR information online with data supplied via Tempaid.  The iTempaid client account setup is automated by Tempaid and simply requires your client to respond to an e-mail to activate their account.  Once activated full AWR information is instantly available in graphical and list formats.  This solution vastly reduces your in-house AWR administration and allows you to get on with what you do best.

Tempaid and Aspire AWR software updates will be made available for download from 19th September.  If you are importing from a front office software solution that is not Aspire and you are linking to Tempaid please ensure that your front office software provider is able to supply Tempaid with data  that meets our revised file specification that includes AWR information.

 iTempaid Online Payslips

Empowering you with the ability to provide your temps with payslips online allows you to save considerably in both time and money.  Stationery and postage costs will be a thing of the past and payslip queries or re-print requests will be avoided as the temp is able to view, print, save-to-disk and e-mail his/her own payslip as and when desired (payslips can be stored for up to three years on the site).  The iTempaid website is secured via GeoTrust® True Site™ SSL Certificate providing 256-bit encryption ensuring privacy and security when viewing payslips.

Tempaid - Software Downloads

Tempaid users with valid support contracts can now download software updates automatically from within the Tempaid software.

The new function has been made available from the top menu option 'Software Updates' -> 'Check for Updates'.  Release notes showing full details of each upgrade can be viewed before downloading allowing the user to only download and install updates that would be of benefit.

This new function is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, saves time, money and helps the environment by saving paper, packaging and waste plastic from discarded CD's !

HMRC Payroll Standard

The Payroll Standard helps employers to identify payroll software products or services with the essential features necessary to calculate PAYE, National Insurance contributions (NICs), Statutory Payments and to perform a range of other payroll functions.  These include Directors NI, weekly, 2,4 and monthly payrolls, student loans, stakeholder pensions, attachment/arrestment orders, deductions from earnings orders, SSP,SMP,SPP,SAP, online P45's. Further details of the HMRC Payroll Standard can be found here.
