To support your focus on managing costs, Icetrak features extensive delivery reporting and customers can choose from individual email notifications per message or consolidated end of day reports. Monthly billing details every message sent, by user, department, cost code.
Monthly reports are provided in Excel format so customers can easily sort and analyse the information for costing and budgeting across departments, offices, regions. No extra charge is made for providing exactly the level of reporting required and customers can change their choice of reports at any time
